In this case MCC police officers Steve Corich, Lynn Bray, Turner along with Mesa Community College, the Maricopa County Community College District are being sued for civil rights violations, false arrest, assault, armed robbery after the plaintiff was falsely arrested in the MCC library.

Thursday January 31, 2008 at about 11:45 am MCC Police Officers Steve Corich, Lynn Bray, Turner and an unknown police aid falsely arrested the Plaintiff for about 2 hours in the MCC library.

This subpoena requests that Dr. Shouan Pan the President of Mesa Community College provide this information about the incident

INFORMATION ABOUT THE MCC LIBRARY

Names of all people working on January 31, 2008 in the MCC library along with their telephone numbers and email addresses. And the names of all the people who assisted the MCC police in the incident along with their phone numbers and email addresses. And the names of all the supervisors that these people work for.

The location of all video and or audio surveillance cameras or microphones in the MCC library January 31, 2008 and the location of any cameras outside of the library on the same date. I want copies of all surveillance tapes taken in the library during the incident.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE MCC Police Department

The full name of the police aide or helper that Officer Turner and or Lynn Bray ordered to guard the Plaintiff, and an address he can be served with a copy of his complaint.

The full names and titles of MCC police officers Steve Corich, Lynn Bray, Turner who were all involved in the arrest.

The names, phone numbers and e-mail address of the person or persons who caused the MCC police to arrest the Plaintiff, and the reason the MCC police arrested the Plaintiff.

Copies of all phone calls between the Mesa police dispatchers, police officers, and the MCC police, or between the MCC police about the incident.

Copies of all radio transmissions between the Mesa Police and the MCC Police, or between the MCC police about the incident.

Copies of all computer text messages between the Mesa Police and the MCC Police, or between the MCC police about the incident.

Copies of all police reports and other related stuff made by the MCC police on the incident.

Copies of all photos taken by made by the MCC police on the incident.

Copies of all audio or video recordings taken by made by the MCC police on the incident.

Copies of the rules or procedures that MCC police are supposed to follow when they stop someone who takes the 5th and asks for a lawyer or refuses to answer questions by taking the 5th.

Copies of the rules or procedures that MCC police are supposed to follow when they search someone who has told them they do not have permission to perform a search.

Copies of the rules or procedures that MCC police are supposed to follow when they take property or money from person who has been arrested and take the property out of the persons sight.

Copies of the rules or procedures that MCC police are supposed to follow when they take money from a person who has been arrested and remove the money from the persons sight.

Copies of the rules or procedures that MCC police are supposed to follow when they use physical force against a person who has not been arrested or detained or even talked to.

Copies of the rules or procedures that MCC police are supposed to follow when they use physical force to remove a persons clothing so they can take pictures of him.

Copies of the rules or procedures that MCC police are supposed to follow when they use physical force to slam a person into a wall.

The personnel records of the Steve Corich, Lynn Bray, Turner and the unnamed police aid.

Copies of all complaints about police brutality, misconduct or crimes that have been filed or made about Lynn Bray, Steve Corich, and Turner.

INFORMATION ABOUT E-MAILS sent or received

Copies of all emails or paper memos or letters sent or received by the Lynn Bray, Steve Corich, and Turner about the incident. A copy in a computer readable format such as a CD or memory stick is OK.

Copies of all emails sent or received by these Mesa Community College or Maricopa Community College District employees about the incident. A copy in a computer readable format such as a CD or memory stick is OK.
